It doesnt work on any account or even on any of the accounts on alternate phones that i use, like my wife's phone which is different than mine or my son's phone/android. It has been 9 months since I was able to use the Mobile Deposit feature. But they dont work and PNC is not responsive. I figured thats fine as long as the mobile banking features work. Now all of sudden they have closed 2 branches near me including the one in our town.
